Endangerables CD & Plush - Review & #Giveaway

 I consider myself to be a semi-crunchy mama, and I want to teach my children to respect and protect the world around them. So, I was excited to try out a CD called The EnDangerbles.

I think music is a powerful way to teach young children and this CD is filled with 10 upbeat songs teaching about responsibility, extinction, etc from  Fred Bogert the three-time Emmy-nominated musician-performer.

Tracks include:
1.  Endangerbles Theme Song
2.  Extinction for Extinction
3.  Reason To Be Here
4.  A. P. M. T. L. S.
5.  Girls Rock and Rule
6.  Response-Ability
7.  It’s A Puzzle
8.  B. O. L. I. (Breath of Life Island)
9.  Crocodile Shoes
10.  There’s Life At The Zoo

Enjoy the island beat and positive message these songs have to offer. My daughter just loves music and was immediately swaying to the tune. After having listened to the songs a few times myself, I have to admit they are simple, catchy tunes - just what my children love. Since I enjoy the message these songs promote, I will be sure to have this CD up front in our music rotation.

All the characters on the song and interactive site are endangered animals. Some of the characters include:
Ulysses (Eagle)
Milton (Orangutan)
Sasha (Baby Seal)
Bucksnort (Indian Rhino)
Ms. Scarlet (Scarlet Macaw)
Khul (Tiger)

Go onto the EnDangerbles website  and you can download a free mp3 of the EnDangerbles theme song  “Extinction for Extinction”.  Just select “SSA” as where you heard about The EnDangerbles to get your free download. You will receive a link via email.  When you become a Deputy you will have access to some fun perks including interesting facts about various animals, future game area, fun bios on each of the EnDangerbles characters and fun activites.
