I do love a good competition! And this one is sure to be fun.
Dustin Maher created a great 21 day challenge for all of the Mommy bloggers out there. He is the creator of the Fit Moms For Life site and book.
I don't have a weight goal in mind. Instead I want to increase my points each week and add more activities and steps to my days. I want to get 12K a day, and with 21 days, that is enough to make it habit again. Yes, I let some old ugly habits creep back in and I am ready to kick them to the curb.
So I get points every time I drink a glass of water... I get points for my veggies... and I even get points for sleeping. Bring it on! This sounds like healthy fun.
And I am going to do something I haven't done since I was a Mamavation Mom.... I am going to add my before pic. *gulp*. I packed on quite a bit over the holidays and generally got away from a daily routine of movement and strength.
Yes, this is me... but, it doesn't have to be for long.
