Grease a casserole dish with nonstick spray.<br /><br />Heat the spinach in a microwave oven on high for 5 minutes and squeeze dry. Drain the artichoke hearts and coarsely chop in a food processor.<br /><br />Combine all the ingredients except the jack cheese in a large bowl. Stir well. Scrape into the prepared casserole dish and sprinkle the jack cheese on top. Bake for 30 minutes. Back when I ate meat, my favorite was buffalo wing dip served with Chicken in a Biscuit crackers.<br /><br />3 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves <br />1 bottle Texas Pete wing sauce <br />6 tablespoons butter <br />1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened <br />1 (16 ounce) bottle blue cheese dressing (I like Marie's Chunky)<br /><br />Pre-heat oven to 350<br />Boil chicken then drain and shred. Return to pot and add in butter and wing sauce. <br />Spread cream cheese in bottom of 8x8 glass baking dish. Top with chicken mixture and then top with blue cheese dressing. Bake about 15-20 minutes until bubbly.<br /><br />Soooo.
