Here is another great giveaway! It is currently going on over at Katydid and Kid for a Progresso prize pack. Progresso is the maker of flavored panko breadings and chicken broth.
I am a big fan of panko, though I use it for more traditional Japanese dishes like tempura and tonkatsu. But since I returned from Japan, it seems like panko is all the rage here in the US.
