I am pretty new to cloth wipes, but so far my experience has been great. My son has had the worst diaper rash in his life and thanks to the help of a few fellow CD Mamas I am attempting to make the switch to cloth. Wiping his bottom with a dry cloth wipe after a disposable (yeah, not quite going cold turkey, yet) has really helped his sore tushie.
