Monday's Meal Plan of Attack (1/16)

I'm a Mom and my battlefield is the kitchen table... so, here is my plan of attack:

Monday - Breakfast for Dinner (Spinach, Potatoes & Eggs)
     Projects: Crock Pot Applesauce (freeze extra)
                    Honey Wheat Oat Bread
                    PKU Bread
                    Minced Garlic

Tuesday - Spaghetti Squash, Meatballs, French Bread and Green Salad

     Projects: Meatballs (freeze extra)
                    Greek Yogurt
                    Sourdough French Bread
                    Dry 1 loaf for Overnight Peach French Toast


Wednesday - Baked Pork Chops, Squash & Wild Rice

     Projects: Overnight Peach French Toast
                    Chocolate Peanut Butter Oat Cookies (freeze balls)
                    Chocolate Bundt Cake


Thursday - Roasted Yams & Quinoa Bowls with Tahini Dressing

     Projects: Tahini Dressing
                    Everything Bagels
                    Challah Bread


Friday - Butternut Squash Chili

     Projects: Granola Cups
                    Graham Crackers


Saturday - "Must Goes" (anything and everything in the fridge must go!)

Sunday - Fish Tacos

     Projects: Tortillas
                 
Many of these items will be eaten on for days or frozen for later. The goal is to get as much done for the week as possible. Check back for recipes later in the week.
