 I have purchased and tried my fair share of weight loss or exercise books in the past. Usually I get bored quickly and never make it all the way to the last page. Scott Schmaltz has done a great job breaking down the challenge and wealth of information with photos, charts and easy to understand bullet points. This is great guide for a complete challenge. Just open up the book and work through the meals, exercises and information.

I am still on the second week of the challenge, but am enjoying it so far. I hope to have some great results to report when it wraps up.

Scott Schmaltz is a veteran of the fitness industry with more than 10 years of personal training experience. He holds a board certification as a Holistic Health Practitioner, a degree as a nutritional consultant, and seven certifications in personal training and rehabilitation.
