Project 365 - Fresh Peas

If you are not a fan of the frozen or canned variety, have you tried fresh peas?

We picked these straight from the field yesterday and I will be tossing them in my favorite Spring Pasta recipe alongside fresh basil, Summer Squash and lemon juice.


Luckily I have some eager pea shellers handy...
