The weather is getting warmer, but still no local produce here in Oregon. Don't worry, our strawberry plants are heavy with blossoms and the cherries were beautiful so it is now just a waiting game for warmer weather and more intense sunshine. Anyone else working on their garden? A lot of my food inspiration comes from what is fresh and in season. My garden may be low maintenance this year, but I am still looking forward to the fresh herbs and tomatoes.
