I was so excited to see two of my favorite products, Jockey and Purex, teaming up for mutual good. But what in the world does a fabric softener and a sports bra have in common? Good question.
Jockey has some innovative woman's active wear that makes my workouts much more enjoyable. Their sports bra is comfortable and supportive even during running, jumping or impromptu kitchen dance time with my toddlers. I love that it has a key pocket and also reflective logo on the back.
The downside to a sports bra is always having to launder it. I need to wash away all the sweat and salt, but not damage the moisture wicking fabric. That is where Purex Crystals come in!
Purex Crystals are 92% natural without the oils that attach to clothing, wearing them down. So my sports bra can smell fresh and lovely without sacrificing the fabric's performance. Yes, I can use the crystals will all of my active wear, as well as my children's flame retardant sleepwear, active wear and baby items without worries. I love that I can use just a little of the crystals for a fresh and subtle scent to my laundry.
I wore the sports bra to workout, laundered it with the Purex Crystals and Purex laundry detergent, and repeated. I didn't notice any lingering odors or excessive wear and tear on the material after 2 weeks of use. The Tropical Splash scent is invigorating and cheerful. It is my new favorite.
