Aloha Friday #46


Welcome to Friday Everyone! In Hawaii, Aloha Friday is the day that they take it easy and look forward to the weekend. I feel like I am experiencing the calm before the storm of the holiday. Let's sit back, relax and enjoy a little blog hop. No heavy mental lifting today... just one simple little question...
 
 
How Do You Like Your Eggs?

Winter brings us less eggs, but we still get a few from our hens daily. My favorite way to eat them, if not baking with them, is to scramble them in with a seasonal mix of veggies. My veggie scrambles are legendary!

    Scrambled with a little bit of French Vanilla Creamer instead of milk, Summer Savory, a dash of cinnamon, and sometimes a little dollop of cream cheese. :)

    well I eat mostly egg beaters or whites so I either eat them in scrambled form or on a sandwich

    I love omelets with veggies in them. Especially mushrooms. Yum.

    Yay! So glad you two found each other :) I'm such a city girl and it's really a pleasure to meet those that are more connected to how living should really be. BTW, I like eggs scrambled with bacon, cheese, spinach, avocado, and grilled onions!

    Pretty eggs! I really wish we could have some chickens around here :-) I love my eggs scrambled with ham or cheese, and I love to make quiche with fresh eggs -- yum!

    I like mine scrambled.

    I don't like boiled eggs.

    I hope my kids get to see eggs just laid from a chicken like I did as a child.
