I know, things are busy in our home first thing in the morning, too. But, breakfast is a simple way to start my day out right. If I make a good choice full of energy to tackle my day, and fiber rich so I don't snack my way to lunch, then my other food choices later are usually better.

Oatmeal is already one of my favorite healthy breakfast choices, but after trying Seneca Farms' Oatmeal and Fruit, I have no excuse... even while traveling... not to get in a healthy and fast meal or snack.

Each package comes with 2 microwaveable 6-oz servings. I was sent a pack of peach and apple cinnamon. Unlike the packet of instant oatmeal, the oats were not pulverized, and you don't need to add anything. Just open the top to vent, heat and eat!

I was very happy to see that there was neither high fructose corn syrup or "corn sugar" added either. In fact, the first 3 ingredients were: Water, Diced Apples and Thick Cut Oats.

This product was simple to use, the texture was great and they are very easy to travel with. It seems like most hotels now have microwaves either in a lobby or the room, so this would be a great option for trips. The only complaint I had was the product was a little too sweet for my tastes. This product has both apple juice concentrate and sugar. Maybe they will come out with a low-sugar option later.
